How a listing comes together

1. Walkthrough and pricing. Justin walks the home, then prices it against comparable sales in your own community and lot type, with your estimated net proceeds worked out after every cost.
2. Prep and staging. A short list of what's worth doing before photos, and staging where it will make a difference.
3. Photography, drone and video. Shot once the home is ready, so the first impression online is the right one.
4. Launch. The home goes live on the MLS, the listing page and video go up on buysellpontevedra.com, and the announcement goes out to the team's list and social channels.
5. Showings, offers and closing. Showings are coordinated, offers are compared on net proceeds and terms, not just price, and the team manages the contract through closing.
